Six months later....

I doubt anyone looks for a post on this blog, since I've only entered one and that was several months ago. The irony is in the name - Traveler's Rest.  It seems there has been little "rest" for this traveler in the six months since I made my first entry on this site. 

I write many "blogs" in my head, but never seem to get them into written prose.   Besides work, home, family, friends, church, and exercise - I've been trying to acquire new skills for pleasure, including knitting, golf and quilting.  I've made little progress in any of them, due to the demands of life. 

I think there are some good things that are coming out of some of the hard things of late - but I'll go into that in another blog, as alas, the responsibilities of life are once again calling me.
